Obituary of Larry P. Dull

Larry P. Dull, 69, of Sunnyside Road, Manheim, PA died Wednesday afternoon at Hospice of Lancaster County, Mount Joy, PA following a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Lancaster, PA, he was the son of the late Paul and Anna Aukamp Dull. Larry operated a farm in Rapho Twp. for the last 13 years. Previously, he owned and operated the former West End Lawn and Leisure in Manheim. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and micro midget racing. His favorite drivers were Richard Petty and Bill Elliott. He is survived by two children, Janice E. Dull of Manheim, and Larry P., Jr., husband of Karen L. Becker Dull, of Manheim, three grandchildren, Derek S. Hanna, Travis S. Dull, and Ashlea E. Dull; and two brothers, Lynn, husband of Nancy Dull, of Lancaster, PA, and Dennis, husband of Jean Dull, of Manheim. A memorial service will be held on Monday evening, November 22, 2010 at 7:30 PM at White Oak Church of the Brethren, 1211 North Penryn Road, Manheim, PA with J. Marvin Shenk and Dean Almond officiating. Interment will be private. There will be no viewing. The family will receive guests at the church on Monday evening from 6:00 PM until the time of the service. The family requests that flowers please be omitted.
