Tom and I grew up in Hershey and played hockey and baseball together. He was a fierce competitor on the ice and on the field, but a better friend. I hope he is going for a hat trick on the ice or throwing a perfect game with the angels. I will miss him.

Claudia & family, so sorry to receive this news. I was a teammate of Tommy at IUP. Tommy was a great teammate & friend; he was an even better person. Off the field, Tommy was always kind & compassionate. On the pitching mound, he was tough as nails. It is comforting to know he is now in a better place. Y’all couldn’t ask for a better guardian angel. JJ

Dear Claudia and Family
Saying goodbye to someone we love is heartbreaking. May you find comfort in all the special memories shared with Tom. We met Tom in September of 1963. We had just arrived in Hershey from Canada and he offered to help us unload our trailer. He taught me to tie flies and also spent many hours with us. What a wonderful man he was. He will be sorely missed.

My sincere condolances to the entire Stephens Family. Growing up on Park Ave in Hershey was a wonderful experience. The Malloys, the Waverkas, the Trenns and the Stephens' brought all together as one big family. Tommy was a big part of that family. Whether it was Baseball, Hockey, Golf, Tag, Kick The Can in the alley, shooting hoops at the big Weeping Willow tree in the alleyway behind our garage or just riding our bikes. Great memories of Tommy will never be forgotten. Godspeed Tommy.
