I was very blessed to get to know Ken during my years with First Aid and Safety Patrol. He would stop by the station from time to time and chat and he would always have a smile and would always offer accolades for the current EMTs and Medics. It was always great to see Ken at the FASP banquets. It was easy to see he was well liked. Ken entrusted many personal articles of history of the organization to me during my tenure because he knew I would care for them like they were my own and they would proudly be displayed whenever possible. Heaven got one of it's angels back with Ken. He was surely one of the great ones. Goodbye my friend. Bix

My deepest condolences to the Bretz family. I have so many, many fond memories of Ken with the First Aid & Safety Patrol in my younger years. I recall that he was one of the senior members to whom we looked up. I am sure his guidance helped us and, certainly, saved may people in the community. Ken's dedication was an example to all of us.

To the family and friends of Kenny: First Aid and Safety Patrol would like to express our condolences to you all. Kenny was an amazing person with care and compassion we all strive to achieve every single day. Kenny was a joy to have visit our organization and we a so proud Kenny is a part of our history. Without the men and women like Kenny, First Aid and Safety Patrol would not be able to provide services to our community like we do today. One of my most cherished memories will be attending Kenny's birthday party just this past year. Seeing his face when we walked it was a joy.
