Obituary of Gary L. Campbell

Gary L. Campbell, 70, of Manheim, PA, entered into rest on Friday afternoon, March 17, 2017 at Select Medical in Harrisburg following a brief illness. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Samuel L. and Ethel M. Manning Campbell. He was the husband of Carol A. Campbell who passed in 2016. He is survived by a daughter, Angela Bomberger of Lititz; three grandchildren, Cameron (Cristal), Dalton, and Chloe Bomberger; a great granddaughter, Saoirse Bomberger; and three sisters, Cindy Campbell of Foley, AL, Tina Campbell of New Providence, and Pam (Philip) Stekervetz of Conestoga. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Deborah Blow. Gary was employed as a mechanic for many years. In addition to being a painter, he enjoyed collecting coins. A drop-in gathering to remember and celebrate Gary's life will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at the home of Angela Bomberger, 111 West Lemon Street, Lititz, PA from 1-5:00 PM. There will be no public viewing. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made payable to Spence Funeral Services, 40 North Charlotte Street, Manheim, PA 17545 in Gary's memory to help defray funeral costs.
