David H. Kuch, 92, of Manheim, PA, formerly of Elizabethtown, Philadelphia, Boston, northern New Jersey, and northeast Ohio, went home to be with his Lord on Friday morning, October 19, 2018 at Pleasant View Retirement Community in Manheim. He was born in Trenton, NJ. He was the husband of the late Sylvia Grosch Kuch for 59 years prior to her passing in 2011. David served his country in the United States Army during World War II as a technical sergeant stationed in Italy in the Infantry and Signal Intelligence Service. Mr. Kuch was a 1952 graduate of Lafayette College and earned a Master's of Education Degree from Northeastern University in 1965. During his career, he worked in the Human Resources profession for several international companies. He was a member of Donegal Presbyterian Church in Mount Joy where he sang in the adult choir. He was an usher supervisor at both the Fulton and Hershey Theaters for many years. A world traveler, he had visited all 50 states and over 100 countries and shared his travel memories with many. He is survived by four children, Kathleen L. SanDoe (husband Paul A.) of Conowingo, MD, Nancy E.K. Deardorff (husband Glenn E.) of Chambersburg, Lawrence D. Kuch (wife Nancy J. Sebastian) of Lancaster, and James E. Kuch (wife Janice H. Bartlett) of North Royalton, OH; 14 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren. There will be no public viewing or service. Private interment will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, PA.
