David Hornberger posted a condolence
Tuesday, November 13, 2018
Dale was my cousin. I was known as Skip. My dad (Dave) and Dale's dad (Dwight) were brothers. I always enjoyed his visits and the good times we had at the Hornberger reunions. One thing it seems every Hornberger enjoys is a good laugh and a story to tell. It seems Hornberger's never allow "facts" to interfere with a good story! I always admired Dale for his faith in Jesus Christ and the assurance of eternal life as explained in John 3:16. "For God so loved (Dale) that He gave His only begotten Son, that if (Dale) believeth in (His son, Jesus), (Dale) will not perish, but have eternal life." Dale's life demonstrated that truth.

I worked with Dale and he was also my boss for a time at Fenner Drives. He was a really special man who lived a great life. I will always have fond memories of him. Much sympathy to the family.
