Hi My Love, Today is the day six year ago we met. I remember that day like it where yesterday. The way you looked at me with your gorgeous eyes,your beautiful smile,your spontaneous personality. You won me over in the very first moments we met. Even though we had only a short time together I am very grateful for all our memories. We shed tears together and we had tons of good laughs together. Our love endured threw the good and bad times our love for one another is surely a gift and blessing from God. And now with you not here I don’t know how to move forward. I don’t know how to do life with out you Stephen. We take for granted that we are gonna do life together forever till we are old,gray,and wrinkly changing each other diapers. That was gonna be us. Than just like that it all turns upside down. There is no emotions,words, feelings to describe how painful it is for me to not have you by my side everyday. God is teaching me to look to his word as my foundation and prayer as my lifeline. Do I understand why God wanted you home so soon with him. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Do I question why God’s grace didn’t save my husband. YES! It’s so hard for me to grasp all this is real. It’s hard for me to accept you aren’t coming back. Stephen I’m so sorry I’m sorry I wasn’t there to help you. I wrestle with myself over n over how or what I could have down different for it to not end this way. I've enjoyed knowing Steve for many years. I first met him while he was a student at LBC. It was fun playing soccer with him over at Red Rose and helping him keep us out of too many fights when games got a bit heated. He would always stick up for everyone on his team and always had your back. We had some good times getting together at each others homes with our families. He was a very giving person and was always willing to lend a helping hand. We also spent time together while he was working on our house and I learned alot from Steve. I remember spending many conversations with him and praying for him and with him as he and Jen were going thru some tough times. He was a faithful friend and I will miss him alot. Fourtunately for those who know the Lord, as I believe Steve did, we know that we will be united in heaven one day. My heart goes our to Steve's family especially his children as there will be tough days ahead without their loving dad. praying for the family, matt "murph"

I met you when I was five and right away, I knew we would be the best of friends. We were. Growing up in our small town, our tiny little group of friends did everything together...and we had a blast doing it. Steve, you made everything more fun. Stevie B! I will miss your vibrant personality. Your bright smile and sense of humor touched so many. I loved calling you my friend. My heart aches. Your faith was stronger than most I know. That gives me a little comfort knowing that this life is only temporary and we will meet again in Heaven. John 14:6 Jesus told him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.” You shared your love of Jesus with everyone, every chance you had. Steve always had a heart for others. He truly displayed the love of Christ in his work place, recreation and to friends and family. Given the chance he would gladly give the shirt off his back and not think twice about it. I envyed how natural this came to him and often thought why i couldnt do this for others even though its risky and what God had called us to do. But steve did and was an example to others.
