Dear Connie, Pat and family, It is with mixed emotions that I read of David's death this morning. My deepest sympathy to all of you. David was blessed to have a loving and supportive family who will not forget him. I thank you for allowing me to share a few minutes with him last week. David has been a dear friend and supporter of Make-A-Wish. And now, as promised he will bless us from above. Due to a previously arranged commitment, I will not be able to be with you on Saturday as you celebrate his life. My love to all of you Paulette Battenfelder
