She was a faithful, kind, loving and wonderful servant.
I met her as a teenager in Harlem through her daughter, Anita. As a child, they gave me an unbelievable opportunity to visit the family home for a weekend. It was one of my best experiences in my life.

i wanted to send my condolences to the family on behalf of Seventh Avenue Center of Family Services staff. She was such a wonderful person and her contributions to the program were much appreciated. Outside of her contributions to the program she was a sweet caring person who always made you feel loved when in her presence. She will truly be missed!

We offer our sincere condolences to Ethel's family. We were good friends with Ethel for many years. Ethel spent a lot of time with us when we lived in Laurel Md. and she was in training there. She had also been a bridesmaid at our wedding, May our Lord comfort you and give peace as you mourn her passing. Our prayer for Ethel is:"Give peace and rest Oh Lord to departed servant of God, Ethel Pannell, where the just repose; where there is no heartache or suffering, no tears or pain but life everlasting."
