To the Tumolo Family: I extend my deepest sympathy to you. I had the great fortune to have worked with John when we were at our Wayne, PA office and then later when we were working on our big AT&T Long Lines Trans-Pennsylvania cable out of our Leesport office near Reading, PA in the late ‘60’s and early ‘70’s. I was a member of the Right of Way Group and John was the engineering manager of the section between the Delaware and Susquehanna Rivers and a leg into Philadelphia. We had many great times both working with John and socializing with him and Louise. He was one of the very fine people I had contact with during my career at AT&T and I’ll always remember his infectious smile and his sense of humor.
