We were sorry to learn of Shirley's passing. We were long time friends of Shirley and Charlie and, literally raised our children together, vacationed together and always enjoyed our time together playing cards. Will never forget the time we were lost in the mountain in Tioga County and nearly ran out of gas. Brenda was sure we would run out of gas but I tried to assure her that I had a 5-gallon can of gas in the trunk. However, she didn't buy that.
The last time Betty and I visited Shirley at the Masonic Homes, it was so sad as she didn't know us.
We will always remember Shirley and Charlie in our prayers. And, we will cherish our wonderful memories. We also pray for the family during this difficult time. God Bless each and everyone. .
