Kelly and I met in Shippensburg and she was my roommate my junior year and neighbor Senior year. We met at Summer Start. She was always smiling and defending NJ with me. I loss touch after college with her but I always smile when I think of her. Prayers for her family.

I’m so sad writing this. Kelly was one of the nicest people I ever met. Seeing her smile in the morning changed my entire day sometimes. Every now and then I would see someone I knew and they would ask if we were related since we had the same last name. I would say nope but I know her and I wish we were. The last time I was asked that was kinda funny cause my son asked me. He told me he was asked if he was related to Kelly. I said no we aren’t but I know her. So I messaged Kelly to tell her the story. We always laughed cause she would also get asked that same question now and then. My heart breaks for your family. Chuck and Christina, I worked with Kelly at EI for 1.5yrs, in early 2000's. It's like it was yesterday, quite honestly. Kelly was so down to earth, personable, and always had a smile or was laughing. I just adored her. When I left EI, I continued working for county and looked forward to our monthly meetings so I could say hi to Kelly. She'd always say, "Hi Sher, how ya doing?" I hadn't seen Kelly in quite some time but I knew if I had seen her, it would be just like "old times." Hi Sher! Kelly was very special will be missed. Hold her love for you, Chuck andChristina and your pup close to your heart. She loved you so much!

Words can not express how much Kelly will be missed by her family, coworkers, Early Intervention families and her friends. The pictures I attached are fun times at Early Intervention. I will continue to pray for your family. Melanie.
