Garry, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. I know Shirley is going to be missed because she was such a blessing to everyone around her. I pray that one day, I too will be remembered as a Faithful Servant of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She left a beautiful example for us all to follow.

We will always remember dear Shirley, a dear friend to our family. She and Garry, have been good friends of ours from Africa Inland Mission at the home office for about 10 years. We have rejoiced with you both, been sorrowful with you, enjoyed many good meals and joy and sorrow with you. Our prayers are with your family as you grieve the loss of a wonderful, godly wife, mother, grandmother and friend. We love you Garry and the family and pray the Lord Jesus would comfort you deeply over the next months and years.

What a blessing to be able to tune into Shirley's memorial service. To you all, Garry, Krisy, Leon and family, Dwayne, I so appreciated your thoughts and Michalya your Amazing Grace. Garry, when you lived in High River I have good memories of getting better acquainted with you and Shirley and of course learned from her as we scrapbooked together. We have very beautiful memories of Shirley as fellow missionaries in Kenya, especially during our years in Nairobi when we visited Kijabe where Shirley and Garry lived. We still remember the times we were invited to share a meal with them and Shirley was always a hostess 'par excellence' as she made us feel welcome in her quiet, warm, and always friendly manner. Although we have been separated for many years, we know that the day will come when we will sit with her at the Lord's great and awesome banqueting table. May God's comfort and peace fill your hearts, Garry, Kristy & Dwayne as you remember the deep love and commitment of your wife and mother. Our prayers are with you at this time.

From our Family to you all we want to extend our heartfelt condolences on the passing of such a dear, beautiful, forever true friend. Shirley will be missed lots by each and everyone of us.
Her friendship will be treasured forever and her memory will live on...I greatly appreciated the friendship we had...Which started in Calgary as us being neighbours (many years ago), then being invited to church by the Eppy's and the rest is history...We had many laughs and shared many tears...We will definitely be forever friends...
So our thanks to you all for making it possible to be apart of the memorial service (on line)...The service was very moving and Dwayne you did such a beautiful tribute to your Mom...I wept as I sat listening to you share your memories and the love you all have for your Mom...
Michalya you played the flute so beautifully and Grandma (I know was very proud of you...)
She loved you all so much...
Your Family will always be close in our hearts and we pray for God's loving arms to wrap around each of you and you all feel HIS comfort during this difficult time...

Shirley and the Eppy Family,
You will never know the loss I feel for you. I missed you so much before you went home to be with our Lord and Savior and now I miss you even more. You were there for me in a time of heartache and trouble and I will be eternally grateful for the kind words or wisdom and faith. Our loss here on Earth is truly Heaven's gain. You were a woman of deep faith and your love for others will always remain in our hearts. You taught me what a woman of true faith handles a battle. I love you and Gary so much. I am so sorry for the entire Eppy family, but I know that with her passing comes a sense of relief that your mom/wife is no longer here suffering.

To The Eppy Family, Our sincerest condolences on the passing of your wife, mom and grandma. I look back to our amazing time in Calgary where we first met your family and became great friends. Your wife/mom/grandma was a big part in our life as she was instrumental in starting my parents relationship with the Lord which in turn contributed to my relationship with God and which will contribute to my kids relationship with God. Your wife's/mom's/grandma's life is now spanning generations in my own family and I wonder how many more folks around the world can say the same thing. My guess is that it is many! Your wife/mom/grandma's life was truly a blessing. You are all in our prayers and feel to reach out to us at anytime.
