Glenn was one of the kindest people I've ever known. I'll always remember his greeting "are you having a happy day?" Deep condolences to his family. Denise

On behalf of myself and all Glen's CDC co-workers we'll miss his always upbeat personality and in addition to the tools and rubberbands and 5 minute epoxy in his toolbox there was always the "I can make make this thing work again" attitude on pretty much everything. If heaven needs a fixer upper they now have him... take care old friend.

I also worked with Glenn at the Philadelphia office of CDC. Glenn was without a doubt able to fix anything with almost nothing! One time I worked on a scanner at UGI with him, the vacuum pump had failed and we didn't have a replacement. Undeterred, Glenn went out to the trunk of his car, rummaged around and came back in with a 50' garden hose, he connected one end to someone else's equipment that had a working pump and the other end to the scanner - problem solved! Glenn always pulled through!

I appreciated each one of you that attended Uncle Glenn's viewing earlier this evening (and those of you that will attend his viewing and funeral tomorrow). Hearing your stories of how his life touched each of yours in an unforgettable way was a joy. Knowing that you will miss him just as much as we will was of great comfort to us. We thank God that we had the chance to know and love him...

Dear Deamer Family, I am sorry for your loss, but glad to know Glenn is whole again with The Savior. Glenn was about the first person I met when I moved to the area in 1991. You know I was your downstairs neighbor in the barn for several years. I always tell people what a great experience I had there and how thankful I was to have met Glenn and all of you. I was a new Believer when I came here and Glenn helped me greatly. Living there was one experience I would gladly repeat if I could "do it all over again". "May our God bless you and keep you; make His face to shine upon you you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace." Grace and peace be yours in abundance, Jim D.

It was an absolute joy to know Glenn for nearly 30 years. Glenn gave freely of his time and talents to so many people. Over the years, he helped us out in many ways, more than can possibly be stated here. His kindness, optimism and sense of humor will be deeply missed.

Glenn was one of the first people at Redland Valley to extend friendship and hospitality to our family. We have enjoyed sharing joys, struggles and mission trips with our brother in The Lord. Our prayers of comfort for the whole family and reassurance that Glenn is now always having a "happy day".

I just remember Glenn's great generousity to our family. Our van was broken down, my husband and daughter were flying to Albania the following day AND we had 3 additional foster boys!!! He let us borrow a van, a very nice van! for about 3 weeks! He was so generous to us and we are so grateful that God provided for us through Glenn. Prayers go out to the entire family but especially Brennan and Michelle and Lynette! We love you guys!
