Dear Carol & Family: We are so sorry that we can not attend the 10-14-16 Memorial Service for Joel. Harold has had surgery that has brought a number of complications. We have many fond memories of Joel. He and his parents "adopted" Harold when he lived/worked in York County in 1962-63 and provided love, physical care, and guidance to a young man away from home. We will miss his deep voice, his attention to specific detail in his personal appearance, and his devotion to Christ and to those near and dear to him. Joel had an impact for good in us and, we are certain, in many others whom God brought into his sphere. We pray that God's peace could rest with all of your family as you bid your dear husband, father, grandfather, friend "so long" to this life. In great Christian love, Harold & LaVerne Yeager
