To the extended Harold Hollinger family, My wife & I were in Vermont when we heard of Harold's passing. I was saddened upon hearing the news Harold was no longer with us & at the same time elated your father was w/ his Savior who he dedicated his entire life honoring & serving with his entire being. Attending EGBC for many many years & hearing Harold's always passionate enthusiastic voice as "vice moderator", teaching S.S. or greeting someone was a given EVERY Sunday & Wednesday over the 30-40 years I knew him. (not to mention his wonderful baritone voice in the chorus or singing duet w/ Ruth) Harold was like no other person I knew say barring a pastor.(s) He was "ALL IN" when it came to serving his Lord & Savior Jesus Christ & living his life modeled after the one he sought to please,this he did with great zeal. Harold truely was a person I looked up to as a model of how the "Christain Life" should be lived. I will always regard Harold as a "Saint " who lived among us & I had the privilege to have known.
