I went fishing with my children and their grandfather and my father, John. We were in Canada and the mosquitoes were bad. The kids and I had to wear headnets and bug dope. I brought a separate tent for Father,since he wasn't known to be the most careful person in paying attention to detail. The kids and I would rush into our tent and quickly zip up the door, kill all the mosquitoes that had come in, before attempting to sleep. In the morning I was up before Father. I saw that he had not even bothered to zip up the door to his tent. Although covered with bites, he was not bothered by the mosquitoes at all. He said he slept very well. He would laugh as he would smear the bloody mess of mosquitoes from his skin and say, "they have to eat, too."
