We have been thinking about all of you during this difficult time. We pray that Aunt Anna Mary was able participate in the Memorial Service on Monday. Uncle Paul will surely be missed deeply as he contributed so much to the community and to his beloved family. He was a beacon of God's love. Our prayers and love to all of you Aunt Anna Mary, Joanna, Rachel, Sam, Dan, Debbie and Martha. It was my honor to have met and had the opportunity to get to know Paul and Anna Mary as donors to World Vision. It was always a pleasure to spend time with them and share how God was working and hear how important God was in their lives. Paul was certainly a positive influence on my life as he was a wonderful example of a godly man. He amazed me with his ability to stay current in world events and with technology. I thank God for allowing our paths to cross and I celebrate with your family a life very, very well lived. May Paul now enjoy his eternal reward!

I never had the chance to meet Mr Neff but I was blessed by having the opportunity to meet both Sam and Dan through business. I am certain that their love for their families, their passion for their business, their superior level of professionalism as well as their sincere warmth in business came from Mr. Neff.

I would like to extend my condolence to the Neff family in the passing of their patriarch. My memory of Paul was when I was a member of a S. Clyde Weaver painting crew for the roof of the Wayne market loading dock roof. I must not have been properly applying the paint because Paul came over twice to show me how to brush on paint. After we were all done and cleaning up, under the roof of the dock, a loud thunder clap was heard and the clouds released a down pour. We stood on the dock and watched a white stream running out the down spouts and into the storm drain. I was not selected to be a member of the "re-paint" crew but continued to work under Mr Neff's leadership at Weaver's for 4 more years. I am not sure if it was because of our same names but Paul Neff and I found a respectful balance as Employer and Employee. Probably the Good Morning, Sir helped. I have fond memories of my time at S. Clyde Weaver and the Neff family. God Bless you, your Father and Husband. Sincerely, Paul K Willcox
